Anytime Mailbox

Anytime Mailbox is the software used to provide you with mail notifications and give you the ability to instruct the staff on how you would like the mail handled. Every time you receive mail at Workspace, you will receive a photograph of each envelope.  You will be given the option for us to hold it for pick-up, shred it, open and scan, or forward it to you.

You are welcome to pay by check, credit card or ETF/Wire transfer.  Use the link for instructions.  Note that all credit card charges will incur a 2.5% convenience fee.

It is very important that you familiarize yourself with our floorplans.  They contain vital information such as emergency stairs, our fire extinguisher and defibrillator locations.

General Information

If you have workspace or coworking, you have 24/7 access.  If you have a mail plan, you have business hours access.

Staff hours are 9:00 am- 5:00 pm Monday-Friday. The glass reception doors are unlocked during business hours. Otherwise, you will need your access card to enter the office.

Contact the receptionist to book a conference room, register guests, send outgoing mail, request messenger service, book a car, purchase office supplies, and all other requests.

Copy Machine:

Please contact the receptionist for your company's personal code. The copiers allow you to securely print documents, send faxes, scan, and make copies. To utilize the printer, there are print driver Instructions within this package.

Mail and Packages:

Please bring all outgoing mail and FedEx packages to the Client Support Center by 3:00 P.M.

The Workspace and building staff observes the following holidays.  However, you can access Workspace as you would after hours or on weekends; by using your access card and key. You may be directed to use the Night Elevators.

If you need a conference room, please make arrangements in advance.
